If you, for whatever reason, are not in a position where you can make your payment on-line from our web site, then here is an outline of some possible and some unacceptable alternatives.
Please be advised that there is a 10 € charge for all manually expedited orders that are based on alternative payments we need to handle individually and manually. On top of that, there is a 25 € charge for receiving any other payment than cash or a direct bank deposit.

We do not accept personal checks, business checks, or any other checks, signed by you personally or signed by someone else.
We do not accept C.O.D.
We do not accept payments via Western Union - the closest pick-up location is 3 hours away....
We do not accept credit cards that cannot be processed through PayPal.
We do not accept any other fancy payment option not mentioned here.

Ordering by phone...
If you do not have a credit card or a PayPal account you can use on-line, we can find other ways of taking your order manually, even cash. You are welcome to give us a call so we can help you with the necessary instructions. (If you call from Europe, you may use +45 36 98 02 98 evenings only.)
However, be aware that we do not take credit card information over the phone - it is a ridiculous risk for you and a very unnecessary liability for us.... Paying by credit card via PayPal online is far more secure than any other ways you possibly could use your credit card - physically handing it to a merchant you see in person is much riskier...
If you have trouble with controlling your browser's blocking of pop-up pages, you can call us and we can send you a PayPal invoice manually - that way, you can still pay through PayPal, by clicking on the link in that e-mail. We can then, again manually, send you an e-mail with the necessary instructions to finish the purchase.
Please note that there is a 10 € charge for all expediting any off-line orders manually.

Please be aware that you are generally not supposed to send cash in ordinary mail, but you can courier cash - or ask your post office for other mailing options.
Be sure also to get the current address from us!
If you do indeed send cash in ordinary mail, we shall not reject it if it covers the payment, but it is entirely on your risk, as we are not responsible for it going lost or being confiscated. This risk is particularly high if you include coins....

Ordering by mail:
If you do not have a credit card or a checking account you can use on-line, you can always get an International Money Order*) from a nearby post office or bank, where you can pay cash.
First, however, you need to get from us:
- Whom you assign as the payee;
- which address you should send it to.
If you want to avoid having your payment sitting in a mailbox for weeks without attention, then get these data by contacting us first by e-mail!
You must add 25 € to the payable amount in order to cover our banking fees.
Please enclose with your payment the information we need about you, including:
- What exactly you order or pay for:
- For information products, we need the title and the format (download, CD, print)...
- For legal entities or Education Packages, we need the entity/package number;
- For payments of an invoice, we need the invoice number.
- For other payments, please make sure that there is no doubt possible what the payment is for...
- Your name and shipping address
- Your e-mail address
- Your phone number
When you sent the payment, please notify us per e-mail.

Ordering by bank transfer:
If you wish to make a payment by direct transfer to a bank account of ours, you have to get the specific banking information from us first. We diversify our banking and do not maintain one specific bank account for this purpose, so please inquire about the possibilities, which include banks in both Europe and North America. Please confirm with us before you use them, particularly if you are paying for a legal entity or an Education Package! For those, we need to pass on most of the funds to others, so we are not happy about charging you extra for us having to relocate funds that were sent to the wrong account...

Please make your payment in the natinal currency for the bank you make the payment to. You simply transfer an amount that corresponds to the price we publish on the web site, and you pay for it in your local currency. You are welcome to use our on-line link for the currency exchange to get the right amount. We are fully aware that the exchange rates between the various currencies change every day, but both you and we are willing to ignore that when you pay this way...
For any banking option, you must add the equivalent of 10 € to the payment, in order to cover our costs for handling the order manually. Plerase use the currency exchange link above to find out what that is in the currency you want to use for payment.
When payment has gone through, please keep a copy of your receipt!
You then send a copy of your receipt to us at the e-mail address together with the following information:
What exactly it is you order - for information products, please specify title and format (download, CD, or print), where the web page gives a choice; for Education Packages, please specify the EP number; for everything else, please make some other precise reference, so we know what your payment is for.

Please do us the favor also of making sure that the name of the bank's name appears in the subject line of your e-mail - it helps us find your order faster...
When we receive your payment confirmation and your personal information in that e-mail, we will send you a receipt by e-mail - plus the necessary instructions, so you can get what you paid for.
